  • The Right Fit policy

    At Adelio our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your product of purchase. If an item you have received is not sized as you had hoped, please let us know straight away by contacting us through: www.adelio.com.au or by calling us on +61419837617 or emailing: info@adelio.com.au. Please include as much detail as possible about your order/problems with the item/s, this way we can find the best solution for you. If the item is considered as unacceptable standards you may be entitled to repairment or replacement of the item.

  • Faulty Items

    Please note all sale items are excluded from our Faulty Items policy.

  • Returns

    Items purchased from www.adelio.com.au must be returned within 14 days of receiving shipment, in order to receive a full refund. To return a refunded item, just send it to the address below, our product must be returned in original condition, tags and prices still attached with a copy of your original receipt. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges.

    All returns and exchanges should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to the following address:

  • Please keep in mind, you are responsible for the costs of returning our goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until we receive them. The initial shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

    Please note all sale items are excluded from our Exchange/Refund policy.


  • Shipping & Delivery in Australia

    Free shipping on all orders over $60 within Australia

    Deliveries will generally take up to 3-5 business days, this applies to all major metro areas and capital cities in Australia. Deliveries to suburbs outside of these areas can take up to 7-10 days or more, often a delivery can be passed onto an internal postal service, depending on which state the package is being sent too. For Australian deliveries under $60 all orders will incur a shipping fee.

    Once your product is packed and dispatched (this will happen within 48hrs from your order placement during business trading hours but please allow longer for Holiday and Sale Periods), we will send you an Adelio receipt of payment confirming your order via email. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, it will either be left in a safe location or you will be left a calling card telling you how you can pick up your Adelio package!

  • International Shipping & Delivery

    International delivery is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your package. Delivery costs are $25 to New Zealand and approximately $35 to all other International destinations. Prices of delivery are in Australian dollars $AUD. Approximate delivery time for International orders is 8-15 working days. Once your product is packed and dispatched ( this will happen within 48hrs of your order placement but please allow longer for holiday and sale periods), we will send you an Adelio receipt of payment confirming your order via email. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up. Countries where customs or import duties are liable will be indicated at checkout along with the value limit at which duty is payable. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

Adelio retain these records in order to fulfil your online purchases and analyse it to improve our customer service and website experience. Adelio doesn’t share, sell or exchange this information with any individual or company outside of performing the aforementioned tasks. We don’t collect, retain or store any credit card, bank or financial information whatsoever – this is handled by our payment gateways so please read their privacy policies (Way). When purchasing from us, you’re financial details are passed through to payment gateways via a secure/private world secure systems server using the latest 128-bit SSL encryption.     Adelio.com requires your credit/debit card details to ensure all your orders are processed efficiently. All transactions take place via a secure server link (SSL) utilizing the latest encryption technology (world secure systems). We do not hold details of your Credit/Debit cards on our database to ensure your maximum security.
